JOB REQUIREMENTS: Repair and refinish automotive vehicle bodies and straighten vehicle frames. The Body Shop Technician is an experienced technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs, as assigned. Performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership standards. Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended Communicate with Body Shop Manager immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed or if repairs cannot be completed within promised time Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order Road test vehicles when required Participate in Ford sponsored training programs, schools and events ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous body repair and painting experience required. Read and comprehend instructions and information. Excellent oral and written skills Able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily Possess a high school diploma or the equivalent Work comfortably with the public. Tidy, professional appearance.
