• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Correct data discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Scan, file, and archive documents.
• Respond to inquiries regarding data and records.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
