At Alpine Dental, our dentists and hygienists work together to provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care.
You'll play an important role in identifying periodontal needs, providing individualized hygiene treatment, educating patients, and helping them understand the connection between their oral health and overall well-being.

Dental Hygienist ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Dental Hygienist , you will:
Welcome patients and create a positive, comfortable experience
Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings
Take diagnostic dental X-rays
Evaluate patients for periodontal disease, gingivitis, and other oral health conditions
Provide individualized preventive dental hygiene services
Provide periodontal hygiene treatment as appropriate
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
Discuss recommended treatment and oral health needs with patients
Communicate clinical findings and periodontal concerns with the dental team
Collaborate with dentists regarding periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning
Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation
Follow OSHA, sterilization, and infection control standards
Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care
We're looking for a Dental Hygienist / RDH who is passionate about patient care and excited to grow with a supportive team.
Qualifications include:
Active Washington State Dental Hygienist License or ability to obtain
Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program
New graduates are welcome to apply
Required X-ray certification
Laser certification preferred
Experience with dental practice management software preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
Excellent organization and time management
Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
