The position of Inside Sales Representative - Entry Level is a dynamic and results-driven role responsible for maintaining and developing effective customer relationships while driving revenue growth and expanding market reach across the chemical sector. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will collaborate with the sales team to manage and grow key accounts, implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets by effectively selling our products or services. This role is a full-time, remote position with standard working hours. The Inside Sales Representative will work in a home office with infrequent customer site visits or industry events.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Representative - Entry Level is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customer representatives that drive long-term business growth and customer loyalty. Day to day tasks include processing customer requests and issuing quotes that align with sales strategy and customer needs, owning and tracking all opportunities in company CRM system, and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and logistics to execute sales. The Inside Sales Representative is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, build long-term customer relationships, and represent the company’s values and service standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

1-3 years of inside sales, chemical industry preferred Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and negotiate with customers Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and customer relationship management.

Compensation and Benefits

All benefits provided and basic salary plus bonus, no cap for the income. Bonus is based on the total and increased revenue and/or profit. This is a remote position.
