Description
Create and modify complex 3D CAD models, components, and mechanical assemblies. Design mechanical components, systems, and test equipment with consideration for safety, maintainability, manufacturability, and durability. Develop assemblies within top-level designs using appropriate constraints and configurations. Create and revise engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material (BOMs). Create models and documentation for purchased/vendor components as needed. Prepare engineering documentation required to release new parts, assemblies, BOMs, and design changes. Perform engineering analysis on mechanical components and sub-systems, including support for FEA and CFD model development. Create and maintain product data and BOM information within PLM/ERP systems. Interpret and develop P&IDs and other technical drawings. Support multiple engineering projects and priorities simultaneously. Assist with the development and continuous improvement of engineering standards, processes, and design practices. Provide technical support to internal cross-functional teams. Assist with mentoring and technical guidance for less-experienced team members.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.85 - $40.00/hr.
