Project expertise includes: Data Centers, Warehouses, Distribution Centers, Tilt-Up, other Commercial projects. If this sounds like a fit, please read on!Key ResponsibilitiesStructural Engineering on commercial and industrial construction projectsWork with Estimators preparing bid designsPrepare and review structural analyses, design documents, shop drawings, and construction submittals for tilt-up, built-up, steel and concrete systems.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources; track milestones and deliverables and escalate issues as needed.Perform code review and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE, local amendments).Prepare and respond to RFIs, change orders, and technical clarifications; support permitting and approvals with authorities having jurisdiction.QualificationsBS or MS degree in Structural EngineeringCalifornia PE is required and SE is a huge plus!!4+ years of structural engineering experienceExperience in seismic design, Tilt-Up, High-Rise, and Seismic Retrofit. Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE) Proficiency with structural analysis and design software and drafting tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, STAAD, Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD) or equivalent.BenefitsCompetitive base $100,000-$120,000100% company paid full Medical, Dental & Vision401k & Profit Sharing10 Paid Holidays15 Days PTO
